Ft. Lauderdale Airport Perp was agitated- disoriented -diminished capacity-charged w domestic violence-demoted and drummed out of service and walked into FBI and told them he was hearing ISIS.

And still he was allowed to have a licensed gun. And bring it on board an aircraft. Really?

Walked into the FBI office in his hometown of Anchorage Alaska and told agents he was hearing ISIS or was being forced by the CIA to watch ISIS videos. He was described as agitated, disjointed and showing diminished capacity. With a history of minor criminality following his general discharge and demotion from military he was also charged with domestic violence.

And yet he is permitted to fly with no luggage, checking only his gun and additional magazines. At what point is his right to carry that weapon superceded by our right not to meet him when he acts out?
